We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on problem-solver ready to make a significant impact. You'll dive deep into complex technical processes, identify crucial areas for improvement, and collaborate with diverse teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and stability. Key Responsibilities

Shadow and meticulously document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.

Map complex technical processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with cross-functional Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Draft clear, concise process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.

Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Operational Requirements

Five days per week.

Overnight shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM.

The weekly schedule will include at least one weekend day.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check for access to a secure facility.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.

Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:

Windows workstation support.

Real-time operations or command-center environments.

TCP/IP networking or systems administration.

Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.

Ability to work in a secure facility (background check required).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in a NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24/7 support environment.

Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.

Comfort collaborating effectively with technical infrastructure teams.

7+ years of relevant technical experience.
