365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations with a base in the Harrisburg, PA area and across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35). We are hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable driving career with consistent miles, newer equipment, and predictable home time. The company provides 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking in the Harrisburg area, and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out in 3 months).

The Route & Equipment

• Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I‑35.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
• Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
• Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
• Experience — Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor is offered, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
