Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator III at Raleigh, North Carolina 27615.

As a Machine Operator III, you will:

Responsibilities:
Set-up and maintain insert folding equipment and ability to read a ruler.
Locates flatstock to make ready for folding inserts and outserts.
Performs all required preventative machine maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly).
Performs all make readies and minor adjustments to produce inserts.
Operates Bindery Department machinery to keep up with schedule of workload.
Operates insert folding equipment as needed.
Adheres to 6S, SOP’s and work instructions.
Makes trays and shippers as needed.
Adheres to quality standards.
Responsible for the weekly and monthly preventative maintenance.

This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity. 

Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
Two to three years of related experience with set-up and maintain insert folding equipment.
Set-up and maintain insert folding equipment and ability to read a ruler.
Experience in paper manufacturing industry is preferred.
Must demonstrate the following competencies: accuracy, reliability, decision making, time management and self-motivation.

Shift : 3rd shift: 11:30 to 7:30am.
Location - Raleigh, North Carolina 27615
Pay Range : $21.00/hr.- $25.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
