Production Line Machinery Technician — Sit-Down Forklift Experience

The impact you'll make

• Prepare, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to hit safety, quality, and output goals.
• Keep equipment and company-provided tools clean, organized, and in top condition.
• Feed the line by transporting and storing materials with a sit-down forklift.
• Ensure packaging readiness: clean boxes, lids, and skids thoroughly before staging.
• Maintain crystal-clear records: complete QC logs, production ledgers, and box tickets.
• Run precise weight calculations using gross, tare, and net.
• Engage actively in shift meetings and training; communicate effectively with your crew.
• Diagnose issues fast and keep production on schedule.

You're a great fit if you have

• At least 2 years of forklift experience (required) .
• Strength and mobility to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 65 lbs .
• Stamina to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for roughly 80% of each shift , and to get on/off forklifts frequently.
• Fluency with calculators, adding machines, and industrial scales.
• Calm, solution-focused mindset under deadline pressure.
• Valid Forklift Certification highly preferred ; high school diploma or equivalent preferred .

• Pay: $16.00–$17.50 per hour .
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation .
