HR Generalist

Help shape the employee experience for a rapidly growing, multi-office professional services organization. Our client is seeking a confident, hands-on HR Generalist who can advise leaders, support employees, and build consistent people practices that strengthen the organization as it continues to expand. Benefits & Extras: Join a growing organization where your work will directly influence culture and operations Partner closely with the Director of Human Resources and company leadership Work within a small, collaborative, and family-oriented team Enjoy significant ownership and autonomy in your day-to-day responsibilities Contribute to HR programs, policies, and process improvements across multiple offices Work from a modern office environment with employee-focused amenities Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually DOE What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, managers, and office leaders Manage employee relations matters, workplace accommodations, and sensitive conversations Guide managers through performance reviews, documentation, and improvement plans Lead full-cycle recruiting, candidate communication, and university outreach Draft employee announcements, HR communications, policies, and handbook updates Maintain UKG Ready employee data, records, PTO information, and HR reporting Administer employee programs and lead HR projects across multiple offices What You’ll Need to Be Considered: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Ability to independently manage a broad HR function with sound judgment and discretion Working knowledge of FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and employment law fundamentals Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations Experience with UKG Ready or a comparable HRIS platform Would Could Set You Apart: Experience in the AEC industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
