We partner with companies nationwide to recruit talent from management through the executive level.We're growing and looking to add an experienced Search Consultant to our team.The RoleWe're looking for a strong recruiter who can run a search, manage multiple priorities, and keep things moving.This person will manage a volume and variety of searches across different functions, levels, and locations. You need to be comfortable jumping from a Plant Manager search to a Director of HR, Quality leader, or VP-level and quickly understand the market and find the right talent.This is a hands-on recruiting role. You'll source, recruit, interview, present candidates, manage the process, and work directly with clients.What You'll DoManage multiple searches at different stages at the same timeSource, recruit, interview, and qualify candidatesRecruit across a variety of functions and leadership levelsBuild targeted candidate pipelines and market mapsPresent qualified candidates and manage the process through placementWork directly with clients on search strategy, progress, and market feedbackKeep searches moving with consistent communication and follow-upMaintain accurate search and candidate activity in PCRecruiterWhat We're Looking For3+ years of agency recruiting or search experienceExperience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or related marketsProven ability to manage a volume of searches and competing prioritiesExperience recruiting across multiple functions and levelsStrong sourcing skills; you know how to find people who aren't actively applyingComfortable interviewing and assessing manager-through-executive-level candidatesConfident communicating directly with clients and senior-level candidatesOrganized, responsive, and able to keep multiple searches movingCompetitive and motivated by making placementsExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systemsWhy CiresiMorekYou'll join an experienced search team with an established client base and active searches.
