Construction Superintendent

Our client is a GC looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee public and residential construction projects throughout the New Haven market. The ideal candidate will have experience managing field operations while maintaining strict compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety requirements. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across all phases of construction. Profile A successful Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience Experience with public construction projects preferred Understanding of construction codes and regulations Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with project scheduling software OSHA certification preferred Job Offer Competitive salary between $100,000 and $130,000 annually.
