The Licensed Insurance Producer will have the opportunity to represent multiple top-rated insurance carriers, offering a variety of insurance products to clients. This position requires a motivated individual who excels at building relationships, generating new business, and providing customized insurance solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up
- Quote and sell personal insurance products including home, auto, umbrella, flood, and specialty lines
- Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and protection opportunities
- Present customized insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Follow up consistently on quotes, leads, cross-sell opportunities, and renewals
- Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed insurance decisions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay informed on carrier products, market trends, and industry changes

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Must hold an active Illinois Property & Casualty License at time of application
- 1+ year(s) Previous insurance sales experience required
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
