Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong new graduates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and participation in student support teams
• Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy tools and platforms, or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and implement IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes consistent with school policies
• Participate in eligibility meetings and case conferences for students
• Adapt and deliver services via telepractice as required by site needs
