Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP certification or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within a school setting
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• State licensure and credentials appropriate for K-12 schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
• Collaborate daily with educators, administrators, and families to support IEP goals through evidence-based practices
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing detailed input and progress reports
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology, ensuring services meet each student's unique needs
