Facility is seeking 1 Locum Physician Provider for Urology at Mainland division, Pomona NJ & ARMC City Division Atlantic City, NJ.

• Practice Setting (Outpatient/Clinic/Office/Hospital-Based): Hospital-Based
• Dates of Coverage: August 2026- December 2026
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 730a-5p
• Lab Onsite?: Yes
• X-Ray Onsite? Yes
• Describe Office Ancillary Staff (e.g., Number of RN s, LPN s, MA s, PT s, OT s, etc.): 2 APNs ( 1 at each site)
• Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): Board Certified
• Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): BLS, ACLS
• Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology, Ureteroscopy
• Please List Any Additional Required Procedures: • Perform inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including, cystoscopy, stent placement, ureteroscopy, clot evacuations, and emergency inpatient care.

• Board Certification - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• ACLS - REQUIRED
• NJ State License (in hand) - REQUIRED
• Experience with Cerner EMR PREFERRED
• NPDB Self-Query report (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED , required at the time of presentation
