Yes Describe Office Ancillary Staff e.g. Number of RN’s LPN’s MA’s PT’s OT’s etc.: 2 APNs 1 at each site Board Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Certification Requirement BLS ACLS etc.: BLS ACLS Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology Ureteroscopy Please List Any Additional Required Procedures: • Perform inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including cystoscopy stent placement ureteroscopy clot evacuations and emergency inpatient care.
