Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 base salary , depending on experience 100% employer-paid health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding restaurant group Opportunity to be involved in new restaurant openings and concept development Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities Lead and support daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent execution and high standards Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, recipe execution, and culinary standards Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members Oversee BOH performance, organization, and productivity Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety Help manage ordering, inventory, prep, and kitchen organization Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable kitchen culture Uphold a guest-first philosophy and contribute to an exceptional dining experience Support new restaurant openings and help establish operational standards as the company grows What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in independent, chef-driven, or high-quality restaurant environments Strong culinary foundation with a passion for hospitality Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor BOH team members Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with an expanding restaurant group ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr
