Financial Center Manager

Job Description Manage a financial center and its employees on a day‑to‑day basis. Operate as a business owner, foster a team environment, and inculcate an effective client‑centric and risk culture to help clients achieve financial goals while ensuring operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness. Responsibilities Develop talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates. Manage client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention. Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching. Create a world‑class client experience environment. Manage market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders. Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy. Manage organizational priorities and effective execution. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships. Display passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives. Be confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed. Communicate effectively and confidently, comfortable engaging all clients. Have the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Apply strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results. Be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications One year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports. Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions. Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded. Bilingual skills. Hours per week: 40. Pay Annualized salary: $76,500.00 – $109,200.00, determination based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible.
