Location: Alpharetta, GA (Fully In-Office) Status: Permanent, Newly Created Position What You'll Do Lead commercial operations strategy, execution, and process optimization across the organization Drive forecasting, reporting, analytics, order management, and revenue-supporting initiatives Oversee complex commercial agreements, contract negotiations, proposal responses, and deal execution Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, operations, product, and executive leadership to ensure successful customer engagements Develop scalable contracting playbooks, governance frameworks, and approval processes Guide negotiations involving enterprise customers, SaaS agreements, master service agreements, maintenance and support agreements, and other complex commercial arrangements Identify opportunities to leverage technology, AI, automation, and contract lifecycle management tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes Create and implement best practices that increase productivity, reduce risk, and improve customer experience Lead, mentor, and influence teams both directly and indirectly across multiple business functions Serve as a bridge between executive strategy and operational execution, helping the organization scale while maintaining a competitive advantage
