Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: Austin, TX | Denver, CO (Centennial) | Minneapolis, MN | Muscatine, IA | Remote Job Type: Hybrid Requisition ID: 11053 Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in one of our office locations: Austin TX, Denver CO, Minneapolis MN, or Muscatine IA. In this position, you will work on a variety of energy projects. This would be for people with industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation experience. Renewable system design is becoming a larger part of our portfolio and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in this rapidly expanding segment of consulting service. This person would manage other discipline engineers and perform electrical work on a variety of projects. Work will include electrical system analysis including load flow, short circuit, coordination and arc flash studies; engineering of microgrid (distributed generation), battery storage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems including studies and system modeling. Work will also include electrical design in accordance with the NEC, providing power to medium‑ and low‑voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems. Additional work may involve campus distribution and building low‑voltage systems and working with European voltage systems and standards. Required education, skills, and experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University 2 - 8 years of experience Experience in industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation Understanding of developing engineering drawings and specifications Basic engineering calculations Assistance in sizing, selecting, and specifying electrical equipment and coordinating information with vendors Project field site visits Designing medium‑ and low‑voltage electrical systems Computer programs: ETAP, SKM or Easypower; AGI or Visual Lighting Software AutoCAD/Revit is a plus FE or PE depending on experience level Excellent written and verbal communication skills General understanding of engineering drawings and specifications Salary Range: $107,300 - $139,475 per year (CO and MN locations) Benefits Member‑Owned: Member‑ownership aligns client satisfaction, company performance, and personal reward.
