Service Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure equipment, systems, or products are installed, maintained, inspected, and repaired to support excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a professional and safety-focused environment. Pay $33.80 hourly, Flag Rate based on experience Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on assigned equipment or systems. Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose issues accurately and determine appropriate corrective actions. Document service activities, parts used, and completed work according to company procedures. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding service status and recommendations. Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards at all times. Maintain tools, supplies, and service vehicles or work areas in good condition. Assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment setup as needed. Support preventive maintenance programs to help reduce downtime and improve reliability. Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred. Previous experience in a service, maintenance, repair, or field support role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or technical systems, depending on the role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to read manuals, schematics, work orders, or technical documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks. Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on business needs.
