You'll perform preventative maintenance, identify system failures, recommend repair solutions, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently before leaving each job.Equipment may include:Split systemsHeat pumpsPackage unitsGas furnacesAir conditioning systemsRooftop unitsIndoor air quality equipmentThermostats and HVAC controlsYou'll also:Complete detailed service reports and documentationExplain repair options and recommendations to customersMaintain a clean, organized service vehicleFollow safety procedures and company quality standardsOccasionally assist with equipment replacements when neededWhat We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of HVAC service experienceResidential service experience requiredLight commercial service experience is a plusStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesExperience servicing package units, split systems, heat pumps, rooftop units, and furnacesEPA Certification preferredProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordReliable work ethic and commitment to quality workmanshipBuild a Long-Term Career With Spectrum ACWe're looking for technicians who want more than just another service truck.
