Work Environment

As part of our outpatient office team, you will work directly with patients and a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs by conducting comprehensive physical examinations and utilizing diagnostic tests to establish effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on physician referrals, ensuring that all plans comply with best practices in orthopedic care.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modality applications, to promote recovery and functionality.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment modalities while documenting outcomes and modifications in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Engage with patients and their families through education and training, guiding them on at-home routines to enhance recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with a broader clinical team to exchange knowledge, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and aimed at optimizing patient outcomes.
• Work towards meeting established productivity metrics and contribute to overall business objectives through excellent customer service.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility provides care to a diverse group of patients, including those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, neurologic support, and sports medicine interventions. Each therapist has the opportunity to specialize and develop techniques that cater specifically to their patient demographics, fostering a holistic approach to recovery that is both individualized and effective.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including electronic health records (EHR) management and word processing.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly within orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with patients that empower them to achieve their functional goals.
• Proven experience in developing community relationships to enhance patient trust and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
