This role is part of Alcon's Marketing function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels, including through traditional Marketing strategies, event planning, and professional education. The Sr. Manager, Market Research & Insights (M) will manage and guide teams responsible for delivering strategic market research and insights, implementing departmental plans and ensuring team performance and success across global initiatives. You will make decisions affecting team operations and performance, approving team projects and resource allocation, requiring advanced leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, ensuring positive employee relations, and enhancing employee engagement and recognition.
