\n
Job Location: \n
\n
\nThis position will be on-site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark blvd and Haines Road.\n
\n
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM\n
\n
Pay: $23/hr starting pay additional compensation may be added based on experience\n
\n
What you will be doing: \n
\n
\n-Performs set-up of equipment\n
\n
\n-Monitors, audits and provides guidance on line operators.\n
\n
\n-Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results to identity yield problems or test new products.\n
\n
\n-Provides technical assistance manufacturing\n
\n
\n-Provides technical assistance quality issues\n
\n
\n-Skill trained/experience in winding soldering, encapsulation, testing and assembly.\n
\n
\n-Participates in lean improvements and initiatives on production lines\n
\n
\n-Operadores special equipment and facility systems (MES, vantage, IHLP ect.)\n
\n

\n4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing/production\n
\n
