Join a Growing Customer Service Team!

We are seeking Licensed Customer Service Representatives (CSR I) to support a leading benefits administration team in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will assist employees and consumers by discussing voluntary benefit options and helping them understand coverage that best fits their needs.

This is a customer-focused position with no sales requirements and primarily handles inbound calls.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone support
• Assist customers with questions regarding voluntary benefits programs
• Explain available benefit options and help customers identify solutions that match their needs
• Serve as a third-party benefits administrator supporting well-known organizations
• Handle approximately 20-35 inbound calls per day
• Complete occasional outbound callbacks when requested
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications Required

• Active insurance license
• Must currently hold licenses in both Florida and California
• Ability to obtain additional required state licenses after hire at your own expense:
• Required: Michigan, New York, and Indiana
• Plus at least 3 of the following: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or Virginia
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Education & Experience

• No specific education requirement
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Production Schedule

• Begins October 12
• Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST

Technical Requirements

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
• Wired internet connection strongly preferred
• Dedicated workspace suitable for a remote call center environment
