As a Child Care Worker, you'll help create memorable experiences for elementary‑age children before and after school. Build positive relationships with children and families. Lead games, crafts, STEM activities, sports, and enrichment experiences. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play. Encourage teamwork, kindness, creativity, and problem‑solving. Help with snack and daily routines. Ensure children are safe while having fun. Assist with check‑in and dismissal. Be a positive role model every day. Some days you'll referee a kickball game. Some days you'll build the tallest LEGO tower. Some days you'll simply be the caring adult a child needed that day. Every day matters! Requirements We're looking for people who enjoy working with children and creating positive experiences. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Successfully pass a criminal background check. Paid or volunteer experience working with children. Ability to actively supervise and engage with elementary‑age students in a fast‑paced environment.
