• Keep residents comfortable and safe through expert HVAC care.
• Cut downtime with fast, accurate troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Elevate first impressions by preparing apartments for new move-ins.

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Answer and complete resident work orders promptly.
• Diagnose/repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance problems.
• Handle unit turnovers: paint, clean, and repair to move-in standards.
• Comply with all safety procedures and building codes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in safe, clean condition.
• Rotate on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.

• HVAC Certification
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• 2+ years in apartment or residential maintenance
• Working knowledge: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
