Requirements Business Analysis & Requirements Management Partner with business stakeholders, subjectmatter experts, product owners, technical teams, and other partners to identifyand document business needs. Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions,stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discussions. Develop and maintain business requirements,functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, andsupporting documentation. Translate complex business needs into clear,actionable requirements for technical and operational teams. Analyze current-state processes and recommendimprovements to workflows, systems, and business processes. Support requirements traceability from initialbusiness need through implementation, testing, and release. Identify requirement gaps, dependencies,assumptions, and potential impacts across business and technical workstreams. Assist stakeholders with prioritizingrequirements and resolving competing business needs. Support Agile/Scrum delivery practices acrossmultidisciplinary teams. Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies,including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews,and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners and teammembers to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog. Help ensure user stories contain sufficientbusiness context, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation beforedevelopment begins.
