Superintendent

Position OverviewWe’re seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead onsite operations for both renovation and ground-up federal construction projects. This is a high-impact leadership role that drives the success of our field teams and projects, while ensuring excellence, safety, and compliance at every step. You’ll be responsible for supervising all phases of construction, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to spec. Our portfolio spans federal and military-base projects in active/occupied spaces across medium- to large-scale scopes.Job Title: Superintendent Location: Springfield, Mass Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000Travel Requirements This role involves frequent travel throughout the East Coast and occasionally nationwide.
