As a Construction Foreman / Pool Construction Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring every pool is built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead your team, manage the job site, and directly impact the successful transformation of empty yards into beautiful, lasting family retreats. Your leadership will be essential in shaping the final product and mentoring the next generation of builders.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in pool building, concrete work, grading, leveling, troweling, paver installation.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing a construction crew of 3-5 people.
• Expert knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear direction and effective coordination with various stakeholders.
• Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• OPSI (Hoisting) License is a plus.
• CDL is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead all on-site construction activities, including excavation, framing, plumbing, rebar installation, and concrete work, ensuring quality control and adherence to plans.
• Manage daily operations and crew assignments, ensuring efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials to keep the project on schedule and budget.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact , coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex on-site challenges and make critical decisions to keep the build moving forward.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Train and mentor Construction Laborers and Pool Builders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are used safely and efficiently.
