Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and extensive experience in multifamily construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Oversee and manage project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on multifamily construction projects.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multifamily projects from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong client-focused approach.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
