LMS Administrator

*Overview* We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support enterprise-level training operations within a highly regulated environment. This individual will play a key role in administering the LMS platform and supporting a global quality training program to ensure employees are fully trained and compliant.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with a collaborative, fast-paced team environment and strong potential for growth.
*Location Requirement*
* Must be local to the Chicagoland area (Itasca / Des Plaines, IL)
* Onsite requirement: 4-5 days per week
*Key Responsibilities*
* Administer and support an enterprise LMS, including user management, training assignments, and reporting
* Maintain and update training curricula to align with quality system requirements
* Ensure compliance with internal training procedures and regulatory standards
* Provide training support to employees across a global organization
* Partner with stakeholders (including senior leadership) to communicate training requirements and system changes
* Assist with LMS system upgrades and enhancements
* Troubleshoot issues and drive solutions in a complex environment
*Required Qualifications*
* 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level LMS platforms (administration-focused)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data tracking, analysis)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage VP-level stakeholders
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proven ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, complex environment
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
* Background working with highly regulated quality systems
* Experience with large-scale LMS implementations or upgrades
