Facilities Maintenance CoordinatorThe Facilities Maintenance Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Directly supports the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities.Responsibilities:Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of maintenance workorders for over 1600 NAPA storesCreate, prioritize, and track corrective and preventive work orders using the CMMS platform, reducing average response time by 20%Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service deliveryRespond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective actionRemain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systemsCoordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipmentRequest, review and submit work orders, bids and proposals from vendorsKey Competencies:Communication Proficiency (oral and written)Customer FocusInitiativeSense of UrgencyMulti-TaskingDetail OrientedFinancial KnowledgeTime Management SkillsTeam OrientedImportant Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or tenant services capacityExperience with CMMS systems or similar productivity tracking programsClear understanding of Leasing Agreements and fundamental Commercial Real Estate terminologyGPC conducts its business without regard to sex, race, creed, color, religion, marital status, national origin, citizenship status, age, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, disability, military status, status as a veteran, or any other protected characteristic.
