Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students in a K-12 setting as a Physical Therapist. This full-time position is available for the entire 2025-2026 school year, working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team near Roseburg, OR. With more than two openings available, you’ll have the chance to engage with a diverse caseload and positively impact the lives of children across multiple grade levels.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Previous experience working within K-12 schools or a strong interest in school-based PT services
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle varying caseload sizes and needs
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations with a range of physical and motor challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments of students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions based on student goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated educational and therapy experiences
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, contributing to IEP meetings and student progress reports
• Educate and guide staff and families on therapeutic strategies to foster student growth and independence
• Rotate between schools as needed, serving students across different grade levels
