• M - F, 8 am - 5 pm -- no weekends
• 40-hour weekly schedule
• Productivity expectation: 30 - 32 units per week
• Home health setting -- adult care population
• OASIS experience required
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
• Documentation required within 24 hours of visit
