ER Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15. Weekends required.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Level II trauma center. You will work in a comprehensive stroke center, accredited in STEMI care, equipped with 26 beds. The unit manages a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, and adults.

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the emergency department setting.

Initial assessment and triage of patients presenting with emergent conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care effectively.

Monitor and interpret vital signs, EKG readings, and laboratory results.

Document patient care accurately in the Epic charting system.

Current and valid RN license in the state or compact state.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications required at the time of submission.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department or similar setting.

Experience with trauma care preferred.

Knowledge of Epic charting system required.
