Front Desk ConciergeLocation: Washington, DCPay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-TimeParking: Free On-Site Parking Join the Blueline Security Services TeamBlueline Security Services LLC is seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to serve as the first point of contact at a prestigious office property in Washington, DC.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a professional business environment. The Front Desk Concierge will welcome visitors, manage building access, and provide administrative support while working alongside an Off-Duty Police Officer.ResponsibilitiesGreet employees, visitors, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Manage building access by verifying visitors and authorizing entry.Operate the building access system and buzz authorized personnel into the building.Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with questions and directions.Monitor the front desk and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area.Maintain visitor logs and other required records accurately.Communicate effectively using a two-way radio when necessary.Work closely with the Off-Duty Police Officer and property management staff.Perform general front desk and administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience as a concierge, receptionist, front desk associate, administrative assistant, or in customer service preferred.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Professional appearance with the ability to wear business attire daily.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience with visitor management or access control systems is a plus.Must possess a valid driver's license.A DC Security Officer License is a plus but not required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.Must pass a background investigation and drug screening.Reliable transportation.Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.What We OfferMonday through Friday schedule – No weekends.Free on-site parking.Professional office environment.Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals.Career growth opportunities within Blueline Security Services.If you take pride in providing outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a professional office setting, we'd love to hear from you.
