The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting daily operations to ensure exceptional service and efficient management. This position involves supervising team members, managing inventory, overseeing customer support, and maintaining smooth kitchen operations, including maintaining a clean environment all while fostering a positive work environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members to maintain high performance
• Manage customer support to ensure excellent service
• Oversee inventory control.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff
• Resolve conflicts efficiently and professionally
• Manage POS systems and ensure accurate transactions
• Supervise kitchen operations to maintain quality and standards
• Keeping the center clean.
• Managing labor guide.

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management
• Must be fluent in Spanish

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong team leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving and time management abilities
• Proficient in conflict resolution and customer service
• Experience in kitchen or café environments
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Experience managing birthday parties or special events
