About The Role The Marketing Manager owns demand generation and brand growth strategies end-to-end, translating core product positioning into multi-channel campaigns that reliably scale pipeline for B2B and B2C tech markets. The role collaborates closely with product, sales, and design teams to direct SEO/SEM initiatives, paid media distribution, and content calendars, ensuring every campaign is tightly measured against revenue attribution and conversion efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and organic SEO channels Own full-funnel campaign analytics, building custom reporting dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot to track CAC, LTV, and pipeline generation Manage the end-to-end content production calendar, partnering with copywriters and designers to ship high-converting assets on schedule Execute systematic A/B testing programs across landing pages, email copy, and ad creatives to optimize conversion rates Allocate and manage digital ad budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic networks to maximize ROI Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to continuously refine audience segmentation and messaging strategies What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience within high-growth B2B or B2C technology environments Proven expertise operating modern marketing stacks, including HubSpot or Marketo, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel budgets, forecast pipeline contribution, and present performance metrics to executive leadership Exceptional copywriting, editing, and project management skills with a strong eye for design and brand consistency Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related analytical field Bonus: Experience with marketing attribution software, SQL querying, or running localized ABM campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr
