Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, considering their preferences, cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Maintains safety-sensitive responsibilities requiring alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN license. No prior experience or supervisory experience needed; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience are preferred.
