Occupational Therapist

Role Overview: Provides occupational therapy services across all age groups, designing and implementing treatment plans based on best practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and independence. Key Responsibilities Develops and executes individualized treatment programs for patients from neonatal to geriatric stages. Supervises occupational therapy assistants, aides, students, and observers. Participates in team consultations to coordinate care. Performs physical activities including patient handling, mobility assistance, and therapeutic interventions. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices. Ability to perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Physical stamina for frequent movement and patient support. Competency in assessing and adapting to diverse patient needs. Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements Must be able to see with corrective lenses and hear clearly with assistance. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, and twisting. May be exposed to infectious, contagious, or hazardous materials.
