UnitedHealth Group's Optum division seeks an Associate General Counsel to negotiate, draft, and advise on complex PBM and healthcare client contracts. The role balances legal risk with business objectives and supports senior leaders across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
The attorney will independently manage a substantial portfolio of matters with autonomy, while aligning with enterprise objectives and enterprise-level issues. Remote work is allowed nationwide.
