What You’ll Be Doing As a Shop Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer enjoys a top-notch experience while supporting your team to thrive. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting barista teams to deliver excellent service. Coaching employees on performance, customer service, and operational procedures. Maintaining shop cleanliness and operational standards. Communicating with management through bi-weekly reports. Organizing team meetings and sharing company updates. Assisting with scheduling, deposits, inventory management, and shop organization. Promoting strong team morale, accountability, and a culture of teamwork. Wage depending on experience What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who bring a mix of leadership, organization, and a passion for customer service. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Skills: Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities. Coaching Mindset: Ability to professionally guide and support employees. Reliability: Organized, self‑motivated, and dependable.
