Primary Responsibilities: Consistently exceed sales quotas Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes. Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs. Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts. Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge and location.
