Educational reimbursement Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role As a Team Leader, your roleinvolves supporting the site's facility and operations responsibilities. Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales growth, and upholding stringent quality standards. Drive exceptional customer service, sales growth, andmaintainrigorous quality standards as a Team Leader. Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions. Educate customers about the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club. Actively engage with customers pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction. Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks. Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high-quality service. Address customer escalations calmly and effectively. Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process. Drive team performance to exceed service standards. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned. WhatYou’llNeed to Shine High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Previoussales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance. Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment. Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership. Maintain a professional appearancein accordance withappearance guidelines. Exceed expectations and uphold accountability in all responsibilities. Work environment and physical demands Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25lbs.
