At Superior Fence & Rail, every successful project begins with a great first conversation. As our Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator , you'll often be the first point of contact for our customers-setting the tone for a professional, helpful, and seamless experience from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll balance customer communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative support while helping keep our sales and operations teams connected and moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with a friendly, professional, and solution-focused approach
• Schedule sales appointments by coordinating customer availability with sales team calendars
• Help ensure efficient routing and scheduling across multiple territories
• Provide administrative support, including assistance with permits, utility locates, and related documentation
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal team members
• Respond to customer needs with professionalism, patience, and a commitment to finding solutions
• Keep scheduling details accurate and up to date to support a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

Experience:

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience managing multiple priorities and changing schedules is beneficial
