• Pay: $46,500 - $154,000 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 9:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 8:00pm

What You'll Do

• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to all incoming internet leads with an attempted phone call within 5 minutes of receipt. Follow up with a structured series of personalized emails, providing a complete vehicle price quote within 10 minutes of the Internet Sales Coordinator's (ISC) automated response.
• Convert every sales opportunity to a confirmed appointment or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
• Speak with at least 75% of all assigned leads.
• Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of the leads you make contact with.
• Maintain a 60% show rate with those appointments.
• Record every contact you have with customers, regardless of source or type, in the LSMS.
• Complete 100% of your daily scheduled contact tasks.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service.
• Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $46,500 - $154,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
