You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start. Position Requirements Must be admitted to the Arizona bar in good standing Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with commercial litigation, product liability, and/or personal injury defense. Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, legal memoranda, and strong academics. Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required. Nevada bar admission is a plus, along with admission in other states where Hinshaw has offices.
