Job Details We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our reputable team. The successful candidate will have a passion for family law, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the legal landscape. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of family law cases, ranging from post-marital agreements to child custody disputes. Responsibilities Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, post-marital agreements, alimony, and more. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills. Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and more. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective, innovative strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, court decisions, and other developments that may impact our clients' cases. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate, personalized service, and ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of all decisions. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service and case management. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in family law, with a particular emphasis on post-marital agreements and child custody disputes. Proven litigation experience with strong courtroom demeanor. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients. Ability to handle high caseloads and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality of work. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Proficient in legal research software and MS Office Suite.
