Location: Woodland Hills, CA (NOT REMOTE)
Salary: $26.50/hour plus commission
Overview: We are a healthcare staffing company seeking a full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent sourcing, pre-screening, and initial onboarding of healthcare professionals. This position offers a competitive salary, commission, and the opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using our company's database and various recruiting tools, including Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct pre-screens and interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Communicate daily with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.
- Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work" to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes and recruiting software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards is important.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, autonomy, and self-motivation.
