ENT PhysicianWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist Physician to join our vibrant and supportive medical community. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a board-certified otolaryngologist and an experienced audiologist in a single-specialty practice. Ideal candidates should have a keen interest in head and neck oncology.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse patient population, including both adults and children, with conditions such as allergies, head and neck cancers, dizziness, and sinus infections.Perform a variety of services including reconstructive surgery, sleep apnea treatment, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and hearing aid consultations.Participate in the teaching and precepting of medical students and residents.Schedule and Call:Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with dedicated OR days for procedures.Call duty: 7 days per month with additional compensation for extra calls.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive guaranteed salary with annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment and 100% of practice profits as a bonus.Generous student loan repayment assistance available.Comprehensive insurance coverage, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Participation in a supplemental benefits package with retirement match for W-2 hospital employees.Paid house-hunting and relocation assistance, monthly cell phone allowance, and CME allowance with paid time off.For residents and fellows, a monthly stipend or sign-on bonus for early commitment.Qualification Requirements:Completion or near completion of an otolaryngology residency program.Board certified or board certification eligible with a requirement to obtain certification within 5 years if eligible.Possession of a Georgia Medical License or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.Join us in providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility, featuring a newly renovated clinic with seven exam rooms and convenient access to hospital amenities, including a 24-hour gym and a medical education center with simulation labs.
