Assistant Project Manager

Hiring: Assistant Project Manager (Construction) | Chicago, IL I'm partnering with a leading General Contractor that specializes in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, and data center projects to hire an Assistant Project Manager in the Chicago area .This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to grow their career with a company delivering some of the most complex and technically demanding projects in the market. What they're looking for 2-5 years of construction project management experience Experience with a General Contractor Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, distribution, or large commercial projects preferred Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project controls Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software Responsibilities Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle Manage project documentation and coordination with subcontractors and clients Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and procurement Help drive project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives What\'s on offer Competitive base salary Bonus potential Strong benefits package Clear progression to Project Manager Opportunity to work on high-profile industrial and mission-critical projects Location: Chicago, IL #J-18808-Ljbffr International Erosion Control Association
