Senior Property Accountant

Sr. Staff Accountant – Property Management What you will be doing We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Accountant with experience in property accounting. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple properties and associations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely month-end close. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Yardi SaaS, strong Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple entities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare financial statements for multiple HOA and condo associations Maintain general ledger integrity across assigned properties Manage accounting for multiple associations and property portfolios Review and reconcile association dues, assessments, and reserves Track and report on operating budgets and capital reserve funds Support annual budgets and audit preparation Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within: Property management Hands-on experience with Yardi High level of technical proficiency and comfort with accounting software Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties/entities Excellent organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
